1.     This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, who have a Tinder account and who are aged 18 or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, of its subsidiaries, of other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion may not enter.

2.     Email account and internet access are required.

3.     Maximum one voucher per person.

4.     Promotion Period:  Apply for your voucher between 00:01 on 14 March 2025 and 23:59 on 22 March 2025. 

5.     Redemption Period: Redeem your voucher between 00:01 on 17 March 2025 and 23:59 on 25 March 2025.

6.     To participate: During the Promotion Period, click on the promotional Tequila Rose video or advert on Tinder. This will take you to a microsite form at where you need to complete your full name, email address and date of birth. Upon submission of the form, if there are vouchers remaining unallocated, you will receive an email with your voucher. To redeem your voucher, present the email containing the voucher sent from the official email from Tequila Rose to bar staff when ordering your Tequila Rose shots. All vouchers must be redeemed by the end of the Redemption Period.

7.    Voucher: Each successful claimant will receive an email containing a QR code for two Tequila Rose shots (“Voucher”) for themselves and a friend, to be redeemed at a participating Slug & Lettuce, click here for the list. There are 2,500 Vouchers available. All Vouchers must be redeemed by the end of the Redemption Period. 

8.    Vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Voucher, or part of a Voucher, for an alternative of equal or greater value.

9.    It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion.The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects Voucher delivery.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Voucher or withdraw Voucher entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.

12. Privacy: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, the auditing of the claims and the contacting of claimants where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent or unless you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. We may supply your personal details to our third party fulfilment provider in order that they can deliver the Voucher. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Your personal data as supplied during this promotion will be deleted not more than 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period (so deletion will be by or on 30 June 2025). 13. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid claims, or claims not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. No responsibility can be taken for claims which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the promotional microsite.  The Promoter is not liable for any non-delivery of Vouchers caused by the provision of wrong information by any claimant. 

14. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services. 

15. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to claimants or third parties.

16. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing an affected obligation. In exceptional circumstances including those described here, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any affected claims.

17. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable to compensate any claimant or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst participating in the promotion.

18. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

19. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

20. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

21.These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
