Refund policy
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@tequilarose.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
MAKING RETURNS
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will, however, send our exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.
To return any products to us, please email us at hello@tequilarose.com to advise that you would like to arrange a return or exchange. In the subject heading please state RETURN or EXCHANGE whichever is appropriate. If you are making an exchange, please give details of the item you wish to receive in exchange. Exchanges are made subject to stock availability. Within 48 hours you will receive confirmation of your request and a returns number. Please print this email and enclose it in the parcel along with a copy of your receipt. Please ensure the packaging you use to return the item to us is suitable for despatch (i.e. a jiffy bag if appropriate).
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will exclude the original delivery charge.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
