1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, of its subsidiaries, of other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion may not enter.

 

2. Email account and internet access are required.

 

3. Maximum one entry per person per day.

 

4. Promotion Period: Enter between 00:01 on 9 September 2024 and 12:00 noon on 17 September 2024. 

 

5. To participate: During the Promotion Period access the entry form at https://tequilaroseuk.com/blogs/events/the-tequila-rose-gala and complete the entry form with your name, email address, telephone number and date of birth. Whether you enter from hearing about the promotion on the radio, on social media, through YouTube or generally online, you will be entered into the same prize pool to win the same prize.  There is only one prize available.

 

 

6. Prize: One winner will win a pair of tickets to a gala event to be held on Thursday 19 September 2024 at Raft, M3 3BZ, Greater Manchester. . Winner and guest must be over the age of 18. If a winner cannot take the trip on the dates as set out, there is no alternate prize.

 

7. The Prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.

 

8. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

10. Winner selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw to be conducted under the supervision of an independent body on Tuesday 17 September. 1 winner and 2 reserves will be selected.

 

11. Winner notification: The provisional winner will be notified by email and telephone call using the contact details associated with the winning entry on Tuesday 17 September. The provisional winner must respond, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility and providing the name of their guest by 12 noon on Wednesday 18 September 2024 at which point the winner will be confirmed. If the winner does not respond by noon on Wednesday 18 September 2024, that winner will be disqualified and a reserve winner will be contacted in the afternoon of Wednesday 18 September and asked to provide the same information. A reserve will have until 12 noon on 19 September 2024 to respond.

 

12. Further Prize details:
    1. Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
    2. Winner and guests must be over 18 years of age at time of prize event;
    3. If the winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation will be provided;
    4. Winner and guests must have valid photo ID for any venue ID requirements; and
    5. All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner.

 

13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.

 

14. Privacy: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, the auditing of the entries and the contacting of provisional winner(s) where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent or unless you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. If you are a winner we may supply your personal details to our third party fulfilment provider in order that they can deliver the prize. With the exception of winner details set out in clause 15, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Your personal data as supplied during this promotion will be deleted not more than 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period (so deletion will be by or on 17 December 2024). 15. Privacy – winner details: The name and region of the ten winners will be available by sending an email to tequilarose@wearequantum.co.uk with “Multi-Channel Manchester Gala Winner” in the subject header to arrive between 1 and 20 October 2024. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

 

16. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter is not liable for any non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by any winner. 

 

17. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services.

 

18. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to entrants or third parties.

 

19. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing an affected obligation. In exceptional circumstances including those described here, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion and to invalidate any affected entries.

 

20. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable to compensate the entrant or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst participating in the promotion.

 

21. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. 22. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

 

24. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

25. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
