Promoter: Sazerac UK Limited, 60 Marina Place, Hampton Wick, Surrey KT1 4BH. 

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, of its subsidiaries, of other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion may not enter. 
2. Purchase and internet access are required. 
3. Maximum one prize per person. 
4. Promotion Period: Promotional items available between 00:01 on 30 August 2024 and 23:59 on 14 September 2024. 
5. Claim Period: All claims must be submitted by 23:59 on 15 September 2024. Any claims received outside the Claim Period will not be accepted. 
6. To participate: During the Promotion Period purchase a promotional 50cl bottle of Tequila Rose at a participating store (see clause 11). A promotional bottle is a bottle with a neck collar advertising the promotion. There are 1,000 promotional bottles available. Promotional bottles are subject to availability.
7. To claim: A winning bottle is a promotional bottle with a unique code on the inside of the neck collar. The neck collars on winning bottles also explain how to claim the prize. To claim the prize, you must email tequilarose@wearequantum.co.uk before the end of the Claim Period with: your full name, your date of birth, your email address and your mobile phone number and the unique code from inside the neck collar of your promotional bottle. 
8. Each unique code may only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, use codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void. 
9. Prizes: Each winner will win a pair of tickets to a gala event to be held on Thursday 19 September 2024 at Raft, Manchester. Start time 7pm until 11pm. No travel or travel allowance is provided. Winners and guests must be over the age of 18. If a winner 

cannot take the trip on the dates as set out, there is no alternate prize. 10. The Prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.

12. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

14. Winner selection: the 10 winning promotional bottles will be randomly seeded by an independent third-party agency into the range of bottles being distributed to participating stores. The independent agency has specifically been engaged to undertake the random seeding. 
15. Claim Process: All claims must be received by the Promoter by 23:59 on 15 September 2024. All claims must contain the details as set out in clause 7. Claimants will be contacted within 1 working day by the Promoter to confirm claimant as a winner, to ask

for additional verification or missing information (see clause 7 for all required information), to confirm name and age of guest attending, or to reject the claim for non-compliance. The Promoter reserves the right to verify each claim including asking for proof of age (photographic identification). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that a claimant has breached these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements.

17. Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize; 
18. Winner and guests must be over 18 years of age at time of prize event; c. If the winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation will be provided; d. Winner and guests must have valid photo ID for any venue ID requirements; and e. All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner. 
19. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion. 
20. Privacy: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, the auditing of the entries and the contacting of provisional winner(s) where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent or unless you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. If you are a winner we may supply your personal details to our third party fulfilment provider in order that they can deliver the prize. With the exception of winner details set out in clause 19, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Your personal data as supplied during this promotion will be deleted not more than 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period (so deletion will be by or on 14 December 2024). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

Privacy – winner details: The name and region of the ten winners will be available by sending an email to tequilarose@wearequantum.co.uk with “Manchester Gala Winner” in the subject header to arrive between 1 and 20 October 2024. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. 
20. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or

which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter is not liable for any non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by any winner. 

21. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services. 
22. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to entrants or third parties. 
23. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing an affected obligation. In exceptional circumstances including those described here, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion and to invalidate any affected entries. 
24. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable to compensate the entrant, or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst participating in the promotion. 
25. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. 26. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. 
27. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect. 
28. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 
29. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
