Hot Under the Collar

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Tequila Rose
  • 1/4 Cantaloupe Melon
  • 30ml Crystallised Ginger Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 30ml Maple Syrup

HOW TO MIX

  1. In a shaker, muddle the cantaloupe, add ice and all other ingredients.
  2. Shake and strain into a shilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with crystallised ginger.
